If the Lumos Helmet smartphone app isn't showing your tracking data correctly, but it has been recorded, please let our developer team know.
Please send us an email to email@example.com with Subject Line as "App Tracking Data Error-- [Phone Model Number], [OS version], [App Version]"
Please also include:
- A screenshot of the wrong record
- A brief description of what the error was.

The time was supposed to have started from 2pm, but it says it started from 5am!
