Variation of this issue:
- Automatic tracking isn't working

NOTE: This article is for the app not recording your ride at all. If the app has recorded your ride, but incorrectly, please refer to this article.
For the Lumos Helmet app to record your ride, you need to make sure that:
1) Your helmet is turned on.
2) The app is running in the background (i.e. you can minimize it, but you cannot completely close the app running in the background.)
If Auto Ride-Tracking is turned OFF
You'll need to make sure you manually tap "Ride Tracking" in the Dashboard (which is the default tab), then click on the settings wheel in the right top corner and "Auto Ride-Tracking". Then toggle it on.
If Auto-Ride Tracking is turned ON
If you've ensured that your helmet was on and the app was running in the background, please let us know.
