Occasionally, we'll have updates on our helmet's firmware. If we have available firmware, you'll be able to check it by going to Help Center > Helmet Firmware Update.
If you are unable to update your helmet firmware, please ensure that your helmet is turned on, and is paired with your phone.
If it still doesn't work, we recommend you to try and restart your phone. Turn it off, turn it on. Sometimes the Bluetooth signal needs to be reset.
Do you get the error message: "DFU Device Disconnect"? Please read this article.
