When will Ultra be shipped?

When you support our campaign on Kickstarter or IndieGoGo, you are amongst the very first ones to get the latest model. The Lumos Ultra helmet is not available yet in any other store. You pledge and pay the total amount upfront and we ship your order as soon as the production and tests of your helmet are completed. 

Shipping, taxes (and VAT) will be calculated and paid for towards the end of the campaign. We do not think charging shipping upon pledging is at the interest of our supporters as the prices today might be more expensive than that in a few months time.

We will ship the helmets in several batches and the estimated shipping date depends on the type of helmet you have chosen as your reward. 

We estimate to have the majority of M-L sizes delivered to Kickstart backers by January 2021. Sizes S and XL are estimated to ship 3 months after that.

We estimate that we can start shipping helmets for Indiegogo/In-Demand customers in Q1 of 2021.

We still have to bring it to production and will keep you posted on the progress on Kickstarter. You will be informed about exact shipping dates when Ultra rolls out of the factory.
